Payment
When you are ready to check out, you can use any of the following payment options listed below. Please note
that all prices are quoted in Australian dollars. We have included a currency converter below for your
convenience. This is only a rough guide to currency conversion. Marshall Fine Art Editions can only process
payment in Australian dollars and your credit card company calculates the charge to your credit card on the
date of the transaction. This transaction will be processed when your print arrives in stock and not
necessarily on the date of purchase on our web site.

Paying by Credit Card
The easiest way to purchase is to use your credit card on our secure website. Since most browsers support
SSL encryption (including current versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator) using your
credit card on the Marshall Fine Art Editions website is the most convenient and safest way to purchase. We
accept all major credit cards including Visa Card, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and JCB.
Phone or fax your credit card details
If you are not comfortable using our secure on-line payment facility, then you can proceed to the checkout
and print the order page and fax it to us on (07) 4661 4176 (+617 4661 4176 for international customers).

Post a cheque or money order
If you would prefer to pay by cheque/check or money order, please proceed to the checkout, print the order
page, complete the relevant details, attach correct payment and post it to:

If you are posting a cheque/check we ask that you be patient since we cannot despatch your order until we
have received your cheque and payment has been cleared through our bank.
Delivery
Marshall Fine Art Editions allows you to purchase pictures framed or unframed. If you decide not to frame
the print we will send it to you in a protective tube via Australia Post parcel service.
Delivery costs
- Standard delivery within Australia is $11.60.
- Express delivery within Australia is $19.00.
- International delivery is $27.50.
If you select standard delivery your order will normally arrive within 5 to 20 working days, subject to
availability. If you choose express delivery you will receive your unframed print within 5 working days,
subject to availability. Please allow an additional 5 working days for framed orders.
Availability
Due to the large number of items available at Marshall Fine Art Editions, it is possible your print may not
be immediately available in stock and we will have to print & prepare it for you. This could add a couple
of days to our delivery times, but all orders will be expedited.
Framed Orders
If you have selected quality framing, we wrap the finished product in bubble wrap and then in impact
resistant corrugated packaging which guarantees the framed print arrives at your address in the same condition
it left us. Please allow an additional 5 working days for the framing, block mounting and delivery of your
Marshall Fine Art Editions print.
What delivery address should I use?
We can send your unframed picture directly to your home or office, almost anywhere in the world. We suggest
that you choose an address where someone will be present to receive them during business hours.
As an additional Marshall Fine Art Editions service, we can even send your picture to your own custom
framer. Then all you need do is contact them to organise framing.
If you have chosen our quality framing of your picture, then you need to select a delivery address where
someone will be present to sign for your goods during business hours.
International Orders
We can even send your unframed prints & posters to selected overseas destinations. Unfortunately we
cannot send framed products overseas. |
